The Role:
Branch is seeking a talented and motivated Contract Designer for a part-time position (10-15 hours/wk) to help create and ship customer-centric experiences for an innovative, fast-growing office products company.You'll spend most of your time planning and designing assets for marketing campaigns and growth initiatives that convert prospects into customers across all touchpoints. You'll focus primarily on production design for marketing channels including email campaigns, social media, landing pages, and advertising creative, while supporting broader UX and ecommerce design initiatives as priorities and bandwidth permit.This is an excellent opportunity to support a high-performing design practice on a flexible, project-based schedule. You'll work closely with our Lead Designer and lifecycle marketing teams, and collaborate across the growth and marketing teams to execute campaigns and initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Design and produce marketing assets across multiple channels including email campaigns, social media, landing pages, and paid advertising creative
- Follow existing style guidelines and creative requirements
- Concept and design compelling campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
- Create production-ready marketing materials with quality and consistency across brand touchpoints
- Execute across digital marketing channels (~80% of tasks) and physical brand experiences (packaging design, retail design, etc ~20% of tasks)
- Collaborate with growth team to design and optimize conversion-focused landing pages and campaign assets
Requirements
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has interest or experience in digital marketing, email design, or UX/UI
- Is detail-oriented and comfortable working within established brand systems
- Has strong visual design instincts and a knack for simple, user-friendly layouts
- Communicates clearly and can explain design choices with confidence
- Is an expert in Figma
