Requirements
BA/BS or equivalent, preferably with quantitative focus
4+ years in an analytical role like inventory planning, supply chain management, logistics or allocation
Exceptional analytical capabilities and quick decision-making skills
Strategic mindset, you are comfortable working with numbers, and you are detail oriented when it comes to tactical execution
Excellent communication skills, adept at grasping new concepts and collaborating across teams
Expert in Microsoft Office/GSuite with experience
Proficient in Excel with advanced modeling skills; experience in retail planning a plus
Work Environment
Work takes place in a remote setting in PST time zone. This job may require working more than 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours a week. It requires the ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time and communicate effectively with a diverse audience in person, by phone and by computer. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift, push, and carry up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 15 lbs occasionally.
Qualifier Questions:
Are you able to travel to San Francisco for occasional in-office meetings? (1-2x per quarter)
Are you able to be on a weekly call with Vietnam 1-2x per week that may not finish until 6:30pm/7pm PST?
Do you have more than 4 years experience with supply chain operations and systems?
Do you have experience with building tools and processes to support your team and cross functional team efficiencies?
What do we offer?
Remote: The pay range for this role is: $90 - $100K and must be able to travel to San Francisco, CA for an occasional (1-2x per quarter) in-office week.
