Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support various departments, including marketing, product development, and supply chain. Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from our databases efficiently. Utilize Python to analyze large datasets and develop data-driven insights to support business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to solve business challenges. Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics). 5+ years of experience working as a data analyst, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment. Have a solid understanding of foundational advertising P&L concepts, including diminishing/marginal returns, elasticity, and incrementality Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries to extract and manipulate data. Proficiency in Python/R for data analysis, including libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib. Experience working with large datasets and performing statistical analysis. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Intermediate level experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker Ability to think in terms of creating data products in collaboration with engineers that have staying power in terms of useability and adoption Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of machine learning techniques, forecasting and algorithms. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies. What do we offer? Remote: The  pay range for this role is: $115,000 - $130,000 if performed in our San Francisco, CA office. This role can also be performed remotely. The pay range for this position is $130,000 - $138,000, if performed outside of our corporate office.
