Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting across monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles in accordance with US GAAP.Lead and develop a high-performing team, promoting a culture of ownership, accountability, and professional growth.Identify opportunities for automation and improvement across accounting operations; partner with IT to implement scalable solutions.Audit &Own the adoption of new accounting standards; develop and maintain accounting policies and documentation.Monitor and proactively address financial risks; maintain adherence to evolving regulatory and compliance standards.Liaise with the Audit Committee and senior business leadership to ensure financial systems, processes, and internal controls support the company’s strategic goals and scale effectively with the business.Deep knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, and technical accounting. Skilled in managing audits, implementing standards, and scaling accounting functions.Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically while managing detailed operational execution.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
