    Define and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that differentiates us in the marketEvolve our brand identity, voice, narrative, and positioning to drive awareness and engagementDevelop a multi-channel content strategy that fuels thought leadership and brand growth across web, social, PR, events, and paid mediaStrengthen our video content strategy, with a strong focus on YouTube as a key channel for awareness and engagementEnhance customer advocacy, integrating strategic customer storytelling into content to support retention and expansionCampaign Development &Lead and scale a team of brand, content, and creative professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellencePartner with Growth, Communications, Product Marketing, and Acquisition teams to ensure messaging is cohesive and optimized for both brand and performanceManage and collaborate with agencies to bring high-quality creative campaigns to marketOversee the RFP process and build strong relationships with external vendors and partnersFacilitate alignment between Corporate Marketing teams (Social, PR, Communications) and partners across PMO, Customer Marketing, PMM, International, Events, and Partner MarketingAbout you12+ years of experience in brand and integrated marketing, content strategy, and creative leadership, ideally within high-growth startups or category-defining brandsA track record of building and evolving a brand from early-stage to industry leader—turning “brand debt” into brand equityStrong strategic thinking with the ability to solve complex problems and identify the "why" behind campaign initiativesExperience leading a high-performing team and managing agenciesDeep understanding of how to create and distribute content that drives awareness, engagement, and business impactStrong storytelling ability—knowing how to shape narratives that resonate with customers and differentiate a brandExpertise in integrated marketing campaigns, brand activations, and content distribution across digital and offline channelsAnalytical mindset with experience measuring and optimizing brand impactA passion for creativity, culture, and pushing boundaries in brand-buildingYou thrive in fast-paced environments and can adapt quickly to changing prioritiesYou'll get competitive perks and benefits, from health & wellness to equity, to help you bring your best self to work.
