Attentive is on a mission to create bespoke 1:1 experiences. A key pillar of delivering personalized messaging is capturing and activating data about the products our brands sell. As the PM for product data, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end methods to scale product data collection and improve data quality. You will also be responsible for driving applications of that data across Attentive AI from owning ML models like product recommendations or collaborating with other AI product teams to maximize usage of product data to drive more business value for our customers. With so many competing priorities for the usage of product data across our various product offerings, you will be empowered to own your roadmap for what investments you recommend making.Why Attentive needs youPrioritize new methods of collecting product data such as building new APIs,  self-service integrations, partnering with 3rd party technology vendors, or data extraction from public sitesEvolve data models for storing product data in a structured and scalable schemaChampion efforts to cleanse and improve product data quality such as leveraging LLMs to flag quality issues and drive automated improvements along with building transparent quality reporting to surface to Customer Success and clients directlyDrive improvements to existing machine learning models, such as product recommendations, and champion the creation of new machine learning models that unlock additional applications of data for clientsBeing a true subject matter expert on all things regarding product dataPartner with cross-functional teams such as Customer Success, Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Product throughout the product lifecylce from discovery to execution to launchStaying up to date with competitive offerings, identifying avenues for creating differentiationAbout you3+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a SaaS company and are comfortable working in a data platform role on technical projectsExperience with data integration technology, such as APIs and WebhooksExperience with LLMs and/or ML model developmentDemonstrated ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customersProven ability to translate technical concepts into clear business values and outcomesExcellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to rally cross-functional teams and executives around a unified visionDeeply analytical and make data-driven decisions, including defining the right KPIs and setting aggressive goals.You'll get competitive perks and benefits, from health & wellness to equity, to help you bring your best self to work.
