    Identify potential agency partners that drive pipeline, revenue and effectively manage our clients’ engagement programs.Conduct territory planning with partners and the Attentive teams to identify opportunities. Implement a range of 1:1 and 1-many activities to foster engagement and drive joint goals. Act as the primary point of contact for regional partners, addressing their needs and concerns
    Requirements
    Identify opportunities for expansion into new tech partner categories. Leverage cross-functional resources and programs to scale existing tech partner relationships and embed them into Attentive’s go-to-market strategyPartner closely with marketing, sales, partner enablement, and product teams to understand partner needs and align them with our offerings, advocate for partner feedback and collaborate with regional sales & CS teams to drive customer outcomes with partners. Communicate and evangelise the successes of strategic partnerships to internal stakeholders across various organisations within AttentiveAbout youBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales roles within the Martech (or adjacent) industry in Australia or the broader APAC region. Experience managing partnerships across agencies, ISVs, SIs and consultancies.Understanding of typical agency service models and financial drivers. Strong understanding of marketing technology, trends, and best practices.Advanced communication skills and the ability to  engage both internal and external stakeholders.
