    Mentor and scale a team of recruiters and sourcers, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability. Ensure the team is equipped to support hiring across all levels, including executive recruitmentImplement data-driven processes, tools, and metrics to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure that our approach to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring is structured, repeatable, and continuously improvingWork with partners across Marketing and the People Team to position Attentive as an employer of choice.
