Bella Bra is a fast-growing DTC brand focused on women’s comfort and confidence. We’re building a high-performance creative team and looking for a Creative Strategist who knows how to create ads that convert.
You’ll be responsible for leading the creative pipeline, analyzing performance, and turning insights into high-converting ad concepts. You’ll work directly with our video editors, designer, UGC manager, and CRO to produce consistent weekly output and scale campaigns across Meta and Instagram.
What you’ll do:
Develop and oversee weekly creative testing plans
Create and manage 10–20 new ad concepts per week
Review performance data and identify winning angles
Research competitor creatives and customer psychology
Collaborate with editors and designers to execute your ideas
Continuously refine creative strategy based on results
