    0+ years’ experience with some Merchandising knowledge from professional experiences and/or coursework Inherently curious and displays an eagerness to learn and continuously improve skills and knowledge within the field Meticulous attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to maintain data accuracy. Self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Team player with excellent communication skills that works effectively with cross-functional partners Proficient in Google Suite products, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint Maintains a positive, solution-focused attitude when faced with challenges or setbacks Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and organizational abilities Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred The primary location for this role can be located in either New York City or Summit, NJ. We believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. We also know that it's helpful to have flexibility to work remotely. Currently we are operating under a hybrid model whereby all teams work in an office a minimum of two days per week (Tuesdays/Thursdays) and may be provided flexibility to work from home on other days. At least one of the required in-office days must be at our Summit, NJ HQ, while the other may be in Summit or our NYC office . There will also be additional days from time to time when you’re asked to work in our Summit office for key team and cross-functional in-person meetings. The annual base salary range for this role is $40,000 to $70,000 (new hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role) . It is important to note that our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size, industry, and the market and are one part of the total rewards that we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, scope of the role, and internal peer benchmarking.
