    Learning/navigating back-end systems & company tools to update, manage, and add products to our databases, across all categories as needed: PLM, PIM, PLD Execute data entry for Line Plan building across Categories Work cross functionally with the eComm (Site Merch) team to launch products, create product packs across all categories as needed Analyze and report out on weekly, monthly and quarterly selling across categories as directed by your manager Coordinate and report Product reviews, Quarterly Partner with the Customer Happiness Team to share seasonal merchandise strategies set by the Merch team and product knowledge and to collect customer feedback Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to ensure that the assortment and product details are accurately positioned for customer-facing deliverables. Assist Manager in working with Design and Sourcing to develop the product assortment, merchandise point of view, wholesale strategies, and key item positioning, ensuring that the collection is compelling, commercially viable and supports overall business objectives to meet or exceed financial goals and customer expectations for each season Understand competitive environment; proactively seek market knowledge through exposure to competitive retail outlets and brands Coordinate and report Competitive insights, Bi-annually

The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $50,000 and $57,000/year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need. The Bombas total rewards package offered for this position may also include other elements, such as annual bonus and equity target award opportunities as well as medical, financial, and well-being benefits. Additional details of these benefits will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment.
