    About Bombas
    Oversee and maintain our contract management system and processes, including training cross-functional partners in use of contract management platform Be responsible for documenting and streamlining legal department processes, manage legal technology and vendor relationships, and drive efficiency through project management. Work cross-functionally with our business teams to prepare, draft, and process contracts (e.g., NDAs, vendor agreements) and other legal documents Coordinate the vendor approval and contract management workflows, including maintenance of the contract repository and tracking of renewals/expirations Assist in IP processes, such as maintaining our brand protection database, conducting preliminary trademark searches and/or monitoring, reporting and responding to potential infringers Maintain our privacy compliance database and respond to consumer requests Coordinate and maintain supplier documentation, including review of ethical audits  Assist in the preparation of equity-related documents and maintenance of equity platform Maintain database of legal policies, trainings and agreement templates Monitor legal and compliance requirements, including employee trainings and board approvals Conduct research on a range of matters, including regulatory, trademark, brand, and other issues significant to Bombas’s business Perform other administrative functions within the Legal Department

What you’ll bring: Undergraduate degree from a 4-year accredited institution and a strong academic background; preferred A minimum of 2+ years of relevant paralegal experience with a law firm and/or in-house  Bonus points if: You have experience working at or with an e-commerce or fast-paced growing company You are a certified notary You have experience working on contract, intellectual property and/or privacy compliance matters
