You are professional and comfortable communicating with outside counsel, vendors and investors
You are experienced in GoogleDrive, GoogleDocs/Microsoft Word, GoogleSheets/Excel and GoogleSlides/PowerPoint
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You are a team player who is willing and happy to pitch in whenever and however needed

What you’ll bring:
Undergraduate degree from a 4-year accredited institution and a strong academic background; preferred
A minimum of 2+ years of relevant paralegal experience with a law firm and/or in-house
Bonus points if:
You have experience working at or with an e-commerce or fast-paced growing company
You are a certified notary
You have experience working on contract, intellectual property and/or privacy compliance matters
