Partner with department leaders on monthly financial reporting, budget versus actuals analysis, and strategic based projects Coordinate in partnership the annual budget and quarterly forecasts between finance and business leaders, facilitating cross functional collaboration to ensure the budget supports Casper’s strategic plan Support reporting to leadership and the Board by delivering the relevant financial information, analysis and context in a clear and concise manner to frame and facilitate management discussions Support strategic projects including fundraising efforts and potential partnerships or M&A activity Create and maintain detailed forecasting models and reports using our financial modeling and reporting tool, Adaptive, in order to support short-term and long-term strategic planning This role requires working onsite at our Richmond, VA office as a hybrid employee.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field from a leading institution with an exceptional academic record 2-3 years of experience in a financial role including investment banking, management consulting, accounting, or commercial / financial planning & analysis Strong Excel skills, experience with financial modeling and a solid base in accounting and finance Experience with financial planning tools, JD Edwards and Adaptive are strongly preferred. Experience with or willingness to learn Python, SQL, or VBA a plus Demonstrates the ability to think critically about business needs and drive process improvements  Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written Team player possessing a strong work ethic and drive for results with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities on a simultaneous basis Casper’s compensation philosophy ensures that the actual base salary is based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, experience, special training, time in position, and/or years of service.
