    Update operational SOP documents as needed to support standards and changes in the retail fleet Consult on POS development to ensure it meets sales and operational needs Formulate Retail inventory management strategy and update reference materials accordingly Collaborate with Allocations & Logistics teams to accurately control inventory adjustments and transfers within the retail channel Manage promotional requests from Marketing team for Point Of Sale setup Coordinate with Tech team for needed updates to align with operational needs Develop training materials and reference documents in collaboration with Learning & Development team Create and run monthly reporting for retail compensation strategy and bonus tracking Maintain store fleet repository and hold retail partners accountable for current information Update and train team on latest system updates - specifically for Point Of Sale, Retail Order Fulfillment, and various retail software Loss Prevention: manage and update retail store audits on a quarterly basis in partnership with retail leadership.
    Requirements
    1-2 years experience with retail operations and/or project management Experienced in the world of facilities, operations, and customer-facing service, and inventory management with 2-4 years of hands-on experience  Possess written and verbal communication skills that are clear, concise and have the ability to distill complex information simply for store audiences in both creative and operational manners.  Demonstrated experience managing a budget effectively Experience working with contractors, PMs, vendors, and outside consultants Proactive self-starter with keen attention to detail Team player who is constantly looking to improve ways of working  Comfortable communicating across employee levels  Ability to balance multiple competing priorities and maintain composure under pressure Action-oriented and excited to step up to challenges A team player who is also able to work autonomously and requires little oversight Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to understand complex business processes Knowledge of process improvement methodologies Comfortable multitasking, prioritizing requests, and have an unwavering can-do attitude Flexible to take on tasks as the role expands and changes Experience with Salesforce and Shopify platforms is a plus! Up to 20% travel time needed to conduct site visits, support new store openings or corporate projects This is a hybrid role, requiring that you work 2 days per week from our NYC office. Targeted Annual Base Salary Range: $65,000-75,000 USD Casper’s compensation philosophy ensures that the actual base salary is based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, experience, special training, time in position, and/or years of service.
