Knowing what AR and AP require your attention, based on cash flow targets, and the best way to communicate and resolve those transactions with customers and vendors.
Updating Quickbooks and the Cash Flow Forecast with new invoices and bills, so the Finance Department remains informed with accurate information.
Proactively communicating with customers, the Director of Finance, and other departments to address questions or concerns that would impact cash flow.
