Requirements
J.D. (Juris Doctor) degree required from an accredited law school.
2-4+ years of relevant legal experience , preferably in corporate law, securities law or commercial transactions.
Experience with technology or software companies preferred.
Experience in drafting and negotiating legal documents, conducting thorough research on complex legal issues, and supporting senior attorneys in corporate matters.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency with legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and Microsoft Office Suite.
