Strategic Design Vision & Excellence: Develops and communicates a strategic design vision for the product suite, aligning with overall business goals and objectives. Sets and maintains high standards for design quality, ensuring a consistent and exceptional user experience across all products.  Design System Leadership: Oversees the development and evolution of design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design workflows. User Research & Insights: Champions user research initiatives targeted at gathering insights that inform design decisions, user workflow and overall user experience Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborates with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design solutions within the product development lifecycle. 

8-10+ years of experience in product design, with 5+ years in a leadership or director-level role Proven track record of successful leadership in a product design capacity. Experience in managing design teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Experience with working on consumer-facing products or complex enterprise-level applications.
