Requirements
7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing automation and demand generation.
Proven experience with Pardot or other marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua).
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent platforms.
Demonstrated experience in process optimization, data analysis, and reporting.
Strong understanding of lead management processes, including lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation.
Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
