6+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or campaign design (agency or in-house)Strong portfolio that shows storytelling across campaigns—not just visuals, but the thinking behind them Proven ability to art direct, concept with writers, and lead multi-channel work Skilled in creating high-impact paid ads, brand campaigns, and packaging experiences Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
