Bachelor's Degree Required 6+ years of experience in relevant role managing partnerships hands on Experienced in identifying and fostering relationships with brand-aligned partners  Expert knowledge of social media platforms and how content is executed - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok Strong project management skills that demonstrate the ability to lead multiple partner activations with competing priorities and deadlines A pulse on culture consumer trends Experience with experiential or event marketing is preferred Experience in using consumer insights and data to drive decision-making is preferred Basic data analysis and performance reporting Basic negotiation and dealmaking Exceptional interpersonal, communication, cross-collaboration, and team skills Ability to solve problems proactively both independently and as part of a team Action oriented and results focused  You embrace being a disruptor and are excited to challenge conventional marketing norms, creating campaigns and partnerships that prioritize the community over trends POSITION TYPE:This is a full-time exempt position.WORK ENVIRONMENT:This position is in-office, working out of our HQ in Durham, North Carolina 4x a week.
