Conduct regular benchmarking studies to ensure our benefits programs are competitive and aligned with best practices in our industry.
Policy Development
Develop, review, and update company policies to ensure they are aligned with business objectives, federal and state requirements, and HR best practices.
Communicate policy changes and updates to employees effectively, ensuring understanding and compliance.
Maintain People & Culture policy repository, in partnership with broader P&C organization and Legal department.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on interpretation and application of company policies
Stay up-to-date on current trends and best practices in policy development, administration, and communication.
