Demand Planning and Forecasting
Manage and generate SKU and Account-level forecasts to achieve forecast accuracy objectives
Facilitate meetings with Marketing, Finance, and Retail to ensure forecasting objectives are achieved
Analyze account-specific trends to determine risks and opportunities by account
Analyze new product launches to determine risks and opportunities
Quantify new product launches utilizing historical data
Validate, prepare, and present a base/upside demand plan
Ability to articulate the demand on an account basis implementing different business scenarios
Supply Planning
Oversee supply operations to ensure timely delivery of finished goods to support omnichannel business
Determine inventory planning strategies to optimize turns, margin, and customer experience
Consistently review Material Requirement Planning (MRP) systems to manage inventory levels efficiently, ensuring the right materials are available for production
Partner with sourcing and other cross-functional teams to communicate the operational impact of planning, sourcing, or product decisions
Determine future network capacity needs; lead supply planning team in new product launch initiatives and SKU cutover planning
Network Optimization
Optimize inventory levels through strategic analysis, balancing carrying costs with service level requirements to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
Assess and optimize the manufacturing network across all facilities for operational efficiency
