    About Drsquatch
    Fully own all operations for US and International marketplace channels (primarily Amazon, but also Walmart.com, Target, TikTok Shop, and others), including pricing and promotions, inventory, account health, new launch strategy and rollouts, and new channel launches.  Be accountable for revenue of marketplace/online retail channels, and handle reporting and troubleshooting  Report upwards to the Director, Marketplace on performance, and collaborate with them and with cross-functional leadership on progress towards objectives and goals   Manage a small team of 1 - 2 Associates and oversee agency partners to support operational rollout  Independently identify, initiate, and own strategic projects that support the achievement of channel goals and improved processes, e.g. strategy and tactical plan to maximize the success of new category launches on Amazon, merchandising strategy   Work closely with the Operations, Product, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution  Document processes and create SOPs based around new and emerging procedures
    Requirements
    Bachelor’s degree  4 - 5 years experience project management experience in a high-growth startup or consulting firm 1 - 2 years experience leading a team Excellent communication skills Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries Experience working in the consumer products industry and/or eCommerce is highly preferred Someone who gets things done without perfect resources, is innovative, and works with a sense of urgency Someone who has high standards, takes ownership, and is invested in outcomes Someone who proactively helps others, stays positive, and has a good sense of humor #LI-TC1 #LI-HYBRID #LI-FULLTIMEWho We Are: Our core values come naturally and make us a better, more whole, and unique team.
