Team Leadership and Training:

Quality Management: Ensure compliance with requirements by maintaining documentation, conducting audits, and taking corrective actions Exercise and monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance in the work environment. Ensure timely and accurate completion of non-conformance investigations, including out-of-specification investigations per sampling and product quality testing Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Production team to define and establish operational parameters. Organize and manage meetings as needed. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in all interactions. Continuous Improvement: Manage a continuous improvement program within the department. Set department goals in line with company objectives. Lead/support internal and external audits.
