    Build Tailwind CSS / react aligned components into design system per team standards to unlock CMS & front-end engineering.  Work closely with Product/Engineering teams to ideate, design and build new features, landing pages, and A/B test experiences that seek to elevate our DTC website product to industry leading levels. Design low fidelity wireframes, working prototypes and high fidelity web designs in Figma ready format for both user testing & development. Leverage advanced user interaction best practices to create a seamless & pleasant user experience. Design responsive web experiences and various e-commerce features such as: subscription flow, collection templates, PDP templates, cart experience, bundle builders, & account customer portal. Contribute to the product roadmap for key Product Design improvements on the website, especially around mobile usability. Stay on top of latest design, usability, and overall ecommerce UX/Product Design trends. 
    Requirements
    6-8+ years of UX/UI & visual design experience, experience within a medium to large e-commerce team preferred Expert in relevant technologies (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, etc.) Expert in keeping a tight and consistent design system that’s in-line with our front-end storefront experience Strong experience with designing & building CMS page sections and an understanding of content modeling within those sections to help inform engineering execution Passion & interest in the ecommerce design industry with readiness to apply that passion to your day-to-day work on the Dr. Squatch DTC/ecommerce experience Experience with mobile design and responsive web applications. Experience in establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices for the brand. Creative and open to new ideas, adaptable and willing to learn new techniques. Excellent communication skills in a fast paced, cross functional environment. Basic proficiency in front-end development web programming languages including HTML and CSS is nice to have. UI/vector animation experience is nice to have.
