    About Everlane
    Assist the Design Managers in seasonal color palette creation, develop patterns, and execute through to bulk fabrications Build physical and digital color and pattern palettes led by seasonal concept boards (concept team owned) Build Product Playbook and other visual communication assets Assists in coloring the line: filling CAD pages and maintaining visual line sheets with the direction of Design Managers Owns loading dip and artwork requests with the information of correct fabrication, dye technique, and print specifications shared by the Design Managers Build Pitch sheets for artwork/pattern development with guidance from Design Managers Responsible for dip and raw approvals with support from Design Managers Organize & maintain dip approval binder, dip folders, and all digital tracking of dip approvals and color names Works closely with Raw Materials to understand color and pattern feasibility across all materials. Partner with Design & Merchandising teams to understand color and pattern performance to inform future palette and pattern decisions. Partner with cross-functional teams with Design Managers: Raw Materials, Sourcing, Product Development and Merchandising.
    Requirements
    2-5 years of experience in color design, color analyst, textile, concept or similar role Bachelor's Degree in Fashion or closely related design field  Exacting eye for color and pattern with an innate sense of relevant brand trends The desire to work on an entrepreneurial, collaborative and diverse team that is dedicated to doing good for the planet and the consumer Strong communication and organizational skills The Fine Print: California resident:  At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The compensation range for this role is $29.80 - $31.25 per hour.
