We are on a hybrid schedule, with at least three days in the office per week, Tuesdays through Thursdays.   California Residents:  At Everlane, we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. The compensation range for this role is $28.00 - $38.00/per hour.
