3+  years merchandising experience  Knowledge of Women’s apparel marketplace and consumer A growth mindset and a natural entrepreneurial approach to delivering results Knowledge of product development, financials, and production Strong leadership skills and communication skills with cross-functional partners Fluency with merchandising systems, business acumen,  tools, and applications Ability to lead cross functional initiatives The Fine Print: HQ: This is a full-time role based at our San Francisco office headquarters in the Mission neighborhood. We are on a hybrid schedule, with at least three days in the office per week, Tuesdays through Thursdays. The annual compensation range for this role is $89,000 - $110,000.
