Assist with general day-to-day Store Operations tasks, including, but not limited to:
Requirements
Own store communications and engagement, and assist in the development of store training, including, but not limited to:
Creating and distributing clear, actionable biweekly communications to store teams and maintaining workload calendars and task management lists
Streamlining and improving processes related to communication and task management
Developing and delivering training materials and programs that support operational excellence, product knowledge, and customer experience standards.
Organizing initiatives to promote retail Team Member engagement
Own store facilities management, including, but not limited to:
Resolving facilities issues and executing planned maintenance to ensure the condition of our stores and equipment meet the desired customer experience for Everlane and provide safe working environments.
Maintaining ticketing systems to regularly track, follow up, and report on the status of work requests and vendors.
Maintaining relationships with existing maintenance and security vendors and sourcing new vendors for specific issue resolution or planned maintenance as needed.
Providing on-call support for resolution of any required emergency repairs.
Streamlining and improving facilities processes and policies
