    Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, answering general HR-related questions regarding I-9 documentation, leaves of absence (LOA), benefits, payroll, system access, and badge replacements. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document processing, and maintaining HR records. Assist in onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed efficiently. Assist in monitoring HR compliance, maintaining records, and ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and best practices. Handle basic employee relations matters by addressing inquiries and escalating concerns to HR leadership when necessary. Participate in ad-hoc projects and internal programs as needed. Proactively propose event ideas and engagement strategies for leadership review and approval, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide employee engagement events throughout the year (e.g., holiday parties, team-building events, wellness initiatives, appreciation days, and milestone celebrations).
    Requirements
    Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements, including I-9 verification and LOA policies. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced setting. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling employee concerns.
