Requirements
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements, including I-9 verification and LOA policies.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced setting.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling employee concerns.
Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating corporate events, preferably for 500+ employees in a creative, high-growth, or fast-paced environment.
