10+ years of Product Development and Production Experience Costing experience and the ability to negotiate costs with vendors and suppliers Intermediate level understanding of G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Illustrator Excellent time-management and organization skills to consistently meet deadlines Deep knowledge of footwear construction, sourcing, and manufacturing processes. Experience managing a global supplier base and complex product timelines. Strong negotiation, planning, and organizational skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal and external teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and PLM systems; familiarity with 3D tools a plus.
