Receive daily influx of TOP samples for apparel, accessories, shoes, and other products:

Coordinate the TOP approval process with the Buying team to achieve the processing lead-time Provide daily updates on TOP status and prioritize TOP approvals for Fast-Track products Review the TOP sample against the NetSuite style page, noting any discrepancies and pending testing reports not yet received Within Shopify, enter fiber content, COO, and verify all other information is indicative of the product received - Providing timely follow up with buying team if discrepancies are noticed and resolve impediments Log TOP approvals|rejections on a timely basis, focusing on same-day service.
