Requirements
Onboarding & Offboarding Process Enhancement
Analyze existing onboarding & offboarding processes, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
Conduct stakeholder discussions (Talent Acquisition, new joiners, managers, and ES Ops) to gather insights.
Organize focus group discussions (FGDs) and collect feedback from employees.
Research best practices for onboarding & offboarding and propose data-driven improvements.
Support the implementation of enhanced workflows, automation, or documentation updates.
Work Anniversary & Employee Engagement Initiatives
Assess the current work anniversary momento distribution process and suggest ways to improve efficiency.
Support the execution of an employee engagement event during the internship period.
General People Operations & Employee Experience Support
Assist with filing, compliance-related checks, and documentation as needed.
Support modifications and updates to the Confluence pages.
Work on HR operational improvements with a focus on efficiency and employee experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of engagement programs.
