Part qualified in ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent and working towards qualification.
Strong understanding of financial principles, management accounting, and reporting.
Proficiency in Excel, financial systems (SAP) and knowledge of BI tools (Looker, GCP etc.) is a must.
Ability to build collaborative and productive relationships across the business. Proven track record of such capability across organisations.
A team player, who contributes positively to the team environment but also happy working independently.
A passion to learn with an inquisitive nature.
Agile with the ability to work accurately at pace and deal with change.
Commercial acumen.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral and comfortable talking through technical requirements with non-subject matter experts.
Good organisational skills – ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Eye for detail and high standard of accuracy.
WHAT YOU COULD ALSO HAVE:
Experience working within an e-commerce environment with exposure to brick-and-mortar retail, FMCG or a similarly fast paced environment is highly desirable.
Experience of working with NetSuite as an end user.
This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least THREE days a week in GSHQ, Solihull, UK.
