Requirements
Supporting managers with performance management, coaching, and people development processes.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and educating teams accordingly.
Coordinating leave of absence processes (e.g. FMLA, ADA, state-specific leave) and implementing absence management procedures.
Partnering with Talent Acquisition and People Ops to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding.
Collaborating with Payroll and Benefits teams to validate payroll accuracy, support audits, and ensure compliance.
Analysing People data to identify trends and provide insights that inform decision-making.
