Requirements
You will support the team documenting people processes and creating standard templates ensuring alignment across People Operations processes where necessary.
You will look at ways to improve People team processes and utilise new technology (for example Spoke) to support people administration tasks.
Taking part in HR projects such as new system implementations or employee engagement initiatives.
You are a trusted member of the team, providing a timely and accurate response to any employee related queries
You will be responsible for reporting on People data, updating any trackers and reviewing People metrics on a monthly basis.
