    Own and deliver the Discovery & Differentiation roadmap, prioritising initiatives that boost engagement and conversion. Optimise AI-driven search, filtering, merchandising, and personalisation to enhance product discovery and recommendations. Utilise app-first content strategies to improve storytelling and brand engagement across platforms. Conduct A/B testing and analyse GA4 and behavioural data to continuously refine search and merchandising experiences. Manage multiple product development streams, balancing speed with quality. Collaborate with Technology, Merchandising, eCommerce, UX, and Marketing teams to enhance search and merchandising functionality. Support data-driven business case development for product enhancements. Foster collaboration across teams, align stakeholders, and challenge the status quo. Own the full delivery lifecycle of discovery improvements to ensure successful integration.
    Requirements
    Proven eCommerce Product Management experience focusing on Search, Filters, Merchandising, or AI-powered personalisation. Ability to manage multiple fast-paced product tracks. Expertise in optimising search algorithms, merchandising, and personalisation features. Strong analytical skills using GA4, search data, and behavioural insights. Hands-on with A/B testing, UX/UI experimentation, and AI-driven optimisation. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment skills.
