Proactively managing and prioritising analytical efforts to focus on high-value areas that maximise business impact. Driving time-efficient execution of analytics projects while balancing short-term business needs with long-term strategic goals. Ensuring data accuracy, availability, and speed by managing insight requirements with data teams and streamlining processes. Standardising key metrics and definitions across the business to ensure consistency and reliability in reporting. Enhancing and maintaining forecasting models for critical KPIs to support and drive business performance. Developing clear, accurate, and actionable dashboards for senior leadership to enable data-driven decision-making. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making through compelling insights and providing strategic recommendations to support business decisions.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders on data-driven strategies. Expertise in prioritisation, project management, and balancing multiple high-impact projects effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract and communicate actionable insights from complex data. Confident in presenting insights to senior leadership, driving strategic discussions, and influencing decision-making. Expertise in statistical modelling, regression analysis, and data-driven decision-making. Experience in apparel-based businesses across eCommerce and physical retail. Ability to translate business objectives into data-driven strategies and actionable insights. Proficiency in Looker (or similar dashboarding tools) and GA4. Advanced SQL skills, including window functions, CTEs, joins, and experience with cloud data warehouses. Ability to drive a culture of data excellence and continuous improvement. Clear and concise communicator, capable of making complex data easy to understand and actionable.
