Previous HR partnering experience in a US-based business is essential, ideally as part of a Global Business where you worked with colleagues and stakeholders overseas
Up to date knowledge of US employment legislation and operational guidelines across multiple states in order to be complaint in the business
Retail Industry experiences preferred, ideally in fast-paced, multi-channel apparel/fashion with experience of opening new stores
Ability to work autonomously, in a risk-taking, fast paced environment, comfortable making decisions
Commercially aware, able to understand the cost and value drivers within a competitive business environment
Ability to build strong working relationships and influence multiple, often senior, stakeholders
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Comfortable working at pace, with change and with a pragmatic, delivery focused approach
SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is highly preferred.
Salary
The hiring range is between $120,000 -160,000. The base pay offered is based on market, experience, and skills.
Location
Due to the importance of this role, you'll need to work a hybrid pattern, expecting to be based from our Gymshark office (Greene St, Lower Manhattan) at least 3-days a week.
