    About Gymshark
    Act as the day-to-day contact for Gymshark HQ sourcing operations, supporting communication between suppliers and internal teams. Manage sample requests, tech pack execution, and proto yardage alignment to ensure timelines are met. Update and maintain the sourcing critical path, chasing stakeholders when key deadlines approach. Place purchase orders based on merchandising forecasts and maintain accurate style and SKU data in PLM. Prepare and maintain sample matrixes to ensure the business has what it needs for e-commerce, retail, and marketing launches. Track supplier capacity and utilisation, flagging risks and supporting issue resolution. Support costing negotiations by gathering data, benchmarking core lines, and preparing reports. Monitor liability and help manage rebuy processes with the commercial team. Attend weekly supplier calls, capturing actions and following up to ensure progress. Create and update reports for key meetings, including cost status, order tracking, and line plan progress.
    Requirements
    Experience in apparel buying, sourcing, production, or a similar administrative/analytical role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities. Proficiency with Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, conditional formatting) and comfort working with large data sets. Familiarity with PLM or similar systems is a plus. Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally. Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset. Interest in apparel manufacturing, garment construction, and supply chain processes. Onsite Collaboration: Due to the hands-on and highly collaborative nature of the work within our Product & Supply Chain team, we have a minimum expectation of four days per week onsite at our Gymshark HQ.
