Proven experience in resource management, preferably within a creative, marketing, or brand environment.
Proficiency within latest resource management tools and software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
Proven experience in building systematic, smart and scalable resourcing models across a broad set of demands and resources
Ability to manage multiple competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Must be able to work on-site at least 3 days a week.
WHAT YOU COULD ALSO HAVE:
Strong understanding of creative workflows across various media and platforms.
Strong understanding of creative and production team dynamics and needs.
Experience in facilitating resource dashboards and process improvements.
Ability to manage SLAs and ensure timely project delivery.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Comfortable facilitating meetings and resource discussions with senior stakeholders.
Skilled in providing actionable insights on workload, utilisation, and costs.
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and leading change
This is a hybrid role and would require the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
