What You’ll Need
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including direct sourcing for senior-level roles.
Background in fashion, retail, or consumer brands, with strong knowledge of the UK fashion industry.
Expertise in sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, headhunting, networking, alumni networks, etc.).
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with recruitment tools (ATS - ideally Greenhouse, CRM, video interviewing and Automotion/AI tools).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach — you’re a team player who’s happy to pitch in when needed.
Location
This is a hybrid role based at least 3 days from our UK HQ on the outskirts of Solihull, UK.
