WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
6-8 years retail industry and store experience
Strong understanding of retail operations and visual presentation techniques
Elevated fashion and styling sense with the ability to incorporate new fashion trends into projects
Commercial acumen, connects dots on the impact VM has commercially & to our customer
Experience with building training material & facilitating to retail/field VM teams
Effective facilitator, storyteller and highly effective communicator both in writing & speech
Problem solver who is familiar with developing creative solutions
Organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
Knowledge of emerging digital tools
Ability to travel & work across timezones where required
Computer skills preferred – Microsoft Office
Please note this is a hybrid role partially based in our New York City office. All candidates must be local or willing to relocate. You must also be authorized to work in the United States.
SALARY RANGE
This role has a salary range between $120-160,000. The base pay offered is based on market, experience, and skills.
