Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, optimizing for quality, efficiency, and alignment with business goals. Lead, mentor, and manage an engineering team, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
    Requirements
    Minimum of 8-10 years in engineering roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. Shopify experience required, CPG Industry experience is preferred. Deep familiarity with ecommerce technologies such as Shopify, cloud computing technologies such as AWS, and business intelligence technologies such as Looker Familiarity with cybersecurity, IAM, and data governance best practices Proven track record as a software engineer  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders You’re a trusted SME. You are a trusted go-to for all things Shopify. You build strong relationships and bring others along with your POV and recommendations and have solid interpersonal and communication skills You know what it means to ‘Own It’. You can independently manage your team workflows and processes and keep all partners proactively apprised of progress, delivering results in a timely manner and owning the work end-to-end. The base salary hiring range for this position is $250,000-$310,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
