Requirements
Minimum of 8-10 years in engineering roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
Shopify experience required, CPG Industry experience is preferred.
Deep familiarity with ecommerce technologies such as Shopify, cloud computing technologies such as AWS, and business intelligence technologies such as Looker
Familiarity with cybersecurity, IAM, and data governance best practices
Proven track record as a software engineer
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer and a member of the Harry’s & Flamingo Engineering Leadership Team
Manage a team of front-end engineers; coach, motivate, and develop through regular 1:1s, development conversations, and inspiring leadership
Partner with cross-functional teams and partners across Harry’s Inc.

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $250,000-$310,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
