    Define and own the product roadmap for machine learning initiatives, aligning with company goals and delivering measurable business impact Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into machine learning products and solutions Prioritize product features and enhancements, balancing business needs, technical feasibility, and user impact Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of ML product development, from ideation to deployment, ensuring products meet customer and business expectations Define success metrics for ML-driven features and monitor performance post-launch, driving continuous improvements based on data and feedback Drive innovation in areas such as personalization, recommendation systems, and predictive modeling to enhance customer experiences and improve operational efficiencies Stay informed about emerging ML technologies and trends, identifying opportunities to integrate new capabilities into the Hims & Hers ecosystem Advocate for best practices in machine learning product management, fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders
    Requirements
