A bachelors degree from an accredited undergraduate institution.
At least two ( years of experience is required in one of the following (or similar) types of roles: a state or federal legislative role, a government relations / trade association position with direct legislative experience, or a state or federal health agency role with a focus on policy.
Prior experience with legislative tracking software (State Net, Quorum, etc.) is preferred, or a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Healthcare-related policy experience, particularly in telehealth, digital health, pharmacy, or related regulatory experience.
Collaborative mindset as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
An interest in and ability to get up to speed quickly on complex policy issues impacting the company.
Strong ability to manage a complex workload and shifting priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to distill and summarize regulatory developments.
Resourceful, skilled self-starter with a team-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
Willingness to travel 3-5 times per year for in-person team meetings and trade association events.
