    Requirements
    Program Development: Drive the creation and implementation of comprehensive training programs that align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder needs across Care Operations. Oversee the design, delivery, and maintenance of training content, ensuring it is engaging, up-to-date, and tailored to various audiences, including clinical staff, customer experience teams, project managers, and operational leaders. Content Management: Develop scalable content management processes to ensure the efficient creation, organization, and distribution of training materials and resources that empower teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with teams—including Telemedicine Operations, Customer Experience, Product, Medical Affairs, and Growth—to align training initiatives with organizational priorities and new product or service launches.
