7+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in an e-commerce or growth-focused engineering environment. A strong understanding of modern web technologies (React, GraphQL, Javascript, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3). Proven experience building complex consumer web applications with a strong understanding of state management. Strong understanding of CSS, design principles, and component library creation. Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to translate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple projects, and deliver results on tight deadlines. Familiarity with cloud hosting providers such as AWS. Nice To Have: Experience with React Native Passion for healthcare and a keen interest in understanding the complexities of the problem space. Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams. Proficiency in TypeScript, GraphQL, and power user of tools such as Datadog, Amplitude, and Growthbook.
