Our mission is to make great design feel effortless and accessible. The Role We’re looking for a highly creative, deeply strategic thinker to join our team as a Creative Strategist. This is not a typical marketing role — it’s part storyteller, part brand architect, and part growth thinker. You’ll work closely with our founder and creative team to shape Klarako’s brand voice, craft narratives that resonate with our audience, and turn ideas into campaigns that drive growth. If you’re the type of person who thinks in concepts, loves building brands that feel like something, and can switch between big-picture thinking and pixel-level detail, this is for you. ✨ What You’ll Do Develop brand storytelling concepts and creative campaign ideas that align with Klarako’s mission and aesthetic. Work with content creators, designers, and video editors to bring campaigns to life across platforms (Meta, TikTok, IG, YouTube, email). Dive into customer psychology and market trends to craft messaging that deeply resonates. Create content frameworks, briefs, and scripts for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and evergreen growth initiatives. Collaborate with performance marketing to test new creative angles and iterate based on data. Shape the look, feel, and tone of Klarako’s presence across ads, landing pages, social media, and packaging.
    Requirements
    2+ years experience in creative strategy, brand building, or content marketing (agency or brand-side). Strong portfolio of campaigns, scripts, or content you’ve worked on. Understanding of paid social platforms and what makes thumb-stopping creative. Excellent communication and storytelling skills — both visually and verbally. Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, home goods, or design-led brands.
