    Assist with the administration and program management of all benefits and retirement programs, including vacation, holiday, time off, leave of absence, retirement plans, disability, group health coverage, vendor management, wellness and health education initiatives, life assurance, and more Support Tier 2 benefit inquiries and escalations HRIS Administration in support of compensation & benefits programs Assist with compensation benchmarking in EMEA and APAC Support local people leaders and HRBPs on offer approvals 
    Requirements
    Partner with team members to build and document workflows and procedures for our benefits programs Develop and manage benefits communication calendar, including regular newsletters, educational campaigns, events, and Health Fairs (virtual or in person) Draft benefits communication including forms, documents, updating company intranet and writing company-wide communications Own database management for Klaviyo’s employees, ensuring accurate data entry, integrity and validation Project and program assistant for all specialty benefit programs (ie, fringe benefits, etc). Assist with regular vendor reviews and helps make recommendations on changes Executes Workday updates and reporting Support benefits inquiries from employees and vendors Have a direct relationship with outside consultants/vendors for annual survey submissions, contract renewals and data reporting  Build compensation ranges for new jobs being posted  Annual review of our compensation programs in EMEA & APAC Work cross functionally to collect and report data across departments including Finance, HR, People Operations and Talent Acquisition Assist HRIS Analyst with initiating business process and bulk changes in HRIS, and reviewing weekly & per pay period integration results Assist with employee communications regarding compensation/benefits updates or changes  Follows all security protocols for various systems Who You Are 1-2 years experience working with compensation & benefits programs and analysis, previous experience in an HR function is preferred  Good knowledge in benefit legislation for Ireland and the UK (essential). Benefits knowledge for other European countries (France and Germany) a bonus.  Knowledge of various HRIS systems is a plus with a strong preference for Workday Data analysis skills as you will be required to understand and effectively use data and metrics to dictate processes/workflows, in addition to identifying trends. Proficiency in Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite), Excel and other data tools is important. You enjoy building things and continually strive to do things better than the status quo. You are intellectually curious. Strong verbal and written communication skills, developing the ability to influence and solid organizational skills and attention to detail. You are able to work within a team setting and develop strong rapport among members. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.
